The Open Notes Program with Stephen ONeill
With Stephen O'Neill
OpenNotes is the international movement that’s making health care more transparent. It urges doctors, nurses, therapists, and others to invite patients to read the notes they write to describe a visit. OpenNotes does not sell any software or product. It provides free tools and resources that help clinicians and health care systems share notes with patients.
Read a CAMH Blog post about Open Notes from Gillian Strudwick, a nurse at CAMH who helped bring Mr. O'Neill to Toronto.
