The sale of e-cigarettes in Canada is illegal, yet they are widely available. The lack of enforcement or clear federal policies has left provinces in the position of trying to regulate them. Provincial and territorial health ministers are meeting today and tomorrow in Banff and e-cigarettes are on the agenda.
