Stats Canada reports 77% of Canadians have good mental health

For the first time, Statistics Canada has measured mental health and asked questions about depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and drug use or dependence. The report suggests 77% of Canadian have flourishing mental health, 22% have moderate mental health and 1.5% are languishing. You can read more about the report in this CBC article. I am really happy to see that most of the Canadians are good with their mental health. The thing which I think do impact is the grade miners review and the facilities which government do implement on their people to give them relief. Glad that they have good governance and I wish I could have that too.
