WHO releases its first global report on suicide prevention​

The United Nations health agency has released its first global report on suicide prevention. The report by the World Health Organization (WHO) says that 75 per cent of suicides are among people from poor or middle-income countries and that suicide rates are highest in people over the age of 70 and men.
