CAMH Education - Courses A-Z
As a teaching hospital, CAMH offers quality learning opportunities to current and future health professionals that support them in developing skills-based, specialized knowledge in mental health and addictions care. As a leading hospital research centre, CAMH provides training and mentoring to emerging scientists, to enable them to create and mobilize new knowledge and approaches to care.

Centre for Faculty Development (CFD) Upcoming Workshops
The CFD is a partnership between the University of Toronto (UofT) and St. Michael's Hospital (SMH) committed to enhancing the academic development of faculty in the Faculty of Medicine, additional Health Science Faculties (i.e. nursing, pharmacy, etc.) at UofT, and other institutions through innovation, capacity building and scholarship in the design, implementation and evaluation of faculty development. These workshops are devoted to the enhancement of teaching skills with a look at career development and scholarship in education and are offered throughout the academic year. Each workshop is free to faculty in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and for staff and physicians at St. Michael's Hospital, Providence Healthcare, and St. Joseph's Health Toronto. Registration is required.


Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario webinars
Gambling, Gaming & Technology Use is part of the Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).  Their team of therapist-trainers and education specialists develop and deliver trainings to provide professionals with the latest information on evidence-informed practices for the identification and treatment of problem gambling and other behavioural addictions including problem technology use.


Refugee Mental Health Online Courses
The RMHP offers accredited, self-directed, evidence-informed online courses. The courses are intended to enhance service providers' knowledge and skills to support refugee mental health across Canada. There are two online courses available; a stream each for health care professionals and settlement and social service providers.

Refugee Mental Health Project Webinars
RMHP organizes interactive webinars to enhance professional development, partnerships and information-sharing among settlement, social service and health care professionals. The webinar series promotes continued learning, capacity-building and collaboration between settlement, social service and health care providers to better serve the mental health needs of refugees.

Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) Mental Health & Addiction Initiative Events
The goal of the RNAO Mental Health and Addictions Initiative is to enhance evidence-based care and services related to mental health and addictions across all settings. Their objectives are to develop and disseminate best practice guidelines, increase capacity and advocate for organizational, policy and system changes.

UMIND webinars
Umind is an online resource for child and youth mental health professionals, fostering a national community of practice that transcends provincial boundaries within the network of children's mental health treatment providers. Umind provides an easily accessible, searchable database of existing resources for professionals, enabling them more time to provide direct services to children, youth and families.
