E-cigarettes to be restricted in Ontario, flavoured tobacco banned
The Ontario government has introduced a bill that would change the way e-cigarettes and other tobacco products can be sold and used. It bans the use of e-cigarettes where smoking is already prohibited as well as the sale of them to anyone under the age of 19. The bill is also expected to ban the sale of flavoured tobacco and eventually phase out menthol cigarettes. Penalties will be increased for the sale of e-cigarettes to minors and smoking any kind of tobacco on outdoor patios will be banned.
