Prescription heroin case going to Supreme Court​

Following a three-year study called the North American Opiate Medication Initiative, doctors received approval from Health Canada to prescribe heroin to 21 addicted patients. Health Minister Rona Ambrose quickly introduced new regulations that would make that illegal.
