US survey shows e-cigarettes more popular than traditional cigarettes among teens​

The US government's annual drug survey, the National Institute on Drug Abuse Monitoring the Future Survey, shows that electronic cigarettes are more popular among teens than traditional cigarettes. Nearly 9 per cent of kids in Grade 8 had used an e-cigarette in the previous month whereas just 4 per cent of kids had smoked a traditional cigarette.
