This website is the home of the International Research Capacity Building Program (IRCBP) for Health Related Professionals to Study the Drug Phenomenon in Latin America and the Caribbean. The IRCBP is offered by the OAS/CICAD, first in partnership with the University of Alberta, and since 2006 with CAMH. The IRCBP Alumni Association represents a group of multidisciplinary professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean with the goal to strengthen drug education, research and knowledge dissemination and transfer.
