The Opioid Use Disorder in Primary Care Conference highlights topics such as treatment approaches, harm reduction strategies, clinical guidelines and new evidence in the field of opioid use disorder in various populations..

The 2019 conference will focus on approaches to treatment of opioid use disorder.

Conference organizers

For many years this annual event was co-ordinated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) under the title of the Ontario Methadone Prescribers' Conference.

In 2017, CAMH took the leading role in organizing the conference in collaboration with the CPSO and practitioners from various health care institutes.

The conference is supported by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Longterm Care.
