2017 OPOP Annual Conference


The Ontario Psychiatric Outreach Program (OPOP) and Northern Psychiatric Outreach Program at CAMH (NPOP-C) are pleased to co-host this year’s event!

Please join us in shared professional development, thought-provoking presentations and interactive discussions to support and challenge one another to provide the highest quality service possible to the areas we serve. 

Space is limited so early registration is recommended.

Costs associated with meals are included in the registration fees. Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant or program. A limited number of rooms are being held for OPOP conference guests at the Holiday Inn “Toronto Bloor-Yorkville” at the CAMH corporate rate of $145 until October 21, unless sold out before that date. Early bird registration fees are available until October 10, 2017.

Policies

  • Outreach consultants will receive full reimbursement for accommodations at the CAMH partner hotel, as per your host program’s discretion. Please contact your program administrator for any questions. Consultants must submit original receipts to their host program as per their program’s deadline. Conference presenters must submit all original receipts directly to the OPOP program manager within 30 days of the event.

  • Attendees can choose to stay elsewhere for the event, but will only be reimbursed up to a maximum of the corporate rate with the CAMH partner hotel for this event.

  • Refunds on registration fees available until November 1 only. Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee.

  • OPOP is committed to providing accessible information to our community for the conference. For any accessibility accommodation requests to fully participate in this event, please contact OPOP.PEPO@camh.ca in advance.

  • Please be advised that OPOP hosted events will be documented through photographs and video. These images may be used by the organization for promotional, advertising, and educational purposes. Please be sure to complete the consent section in the registration process.
