Breakthrough Project
The Breakthrough Project provides addictions counselling and support to women in North-East Scarborough, with a focus on women living in the Malvern community. The project serves women living with all forms of substance misuse, with the second year of this project focussing on women at risk of or misusing pain medications. The scope of project activities include increasing awareness of substance misuse issues in the Malvern community, as well as providing assessments, counselling, information & referrals.

The Breakthrough Project is in its second year of SASP-funding during the 2015-16 fiscal year, and is run by Malvern Family Resource Centre (MFRC). For more information about MFRC and it's services, visit its partner site here.
