The My Place Project is a free and confidential mental health and addictions treatment program for parents who are struggling with substance misuse and gambling issues. The program supports participants to make steps towards making healthier life-style decisions and explore the issues around substance use in a peer-supported, compassionate and respectful group setting. My Place consists of eight sessions held three times per year. My Place is available at three locations across East Toronto: East Metro Youth Services (Central), Malvern Youth and Community Employment Program (North) and West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre (South). My Place is a collaboration between East Metro Youth Services and West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre.
