To fund and assist Scarborough agencies to create effective, appropriate, & accessible addiction services in order to address the addiction problems of Scarborough communities.

Vision

Dedicated partnerships and addiction services where Scarborough communities identify addiction problems, create their own distinct responses, and where people with addiction problems can access appropriate and effective services.
