WHO WE SERVE:
Women with substance use concerns who are pregnant and/or parenting children (0-6 yrs)
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Pathways to healthy Families provides:
· Information, Support, Counseling
· Case Management, Advocacy
· Referrals to appropriate service providers
· Parenting support and consultation
· Assistance with Child Welfare issues
· Access to culture-based services with a particular focus on the Aboriginal community
· Access to childcare and child development services
Mom and Kids Too day program provides:
· Group/individual counseling
· Interactive play therapy with your child
· Parenting consultation and education
· Harm Reduction strategies
· Support in building a healthy support network, self esteem and effective communication
· Wellness workshops including yoga
